STAGE DIRECTION (2018)

Here’s a new edit of our documentary from 2017, focussing on the best practical advice from our contributors from the NYT and Lime Pictures. In 1984, veteran British actors, Sir Anthony Quayle and Roy Kinnear recorded radio interviews in which they offered their hard-won advice for those wanting to follow them into the acting profession. Now, over thirty years later, Sir Anthony and Roy are joined by graduates from the National Youth Theatre and leading TV executives from Lime Pictures, the makers of Hollyoaks for Channel 4, to explore the challenges that face today’s emerging actors and offer practical advice on how to sustain a career in this highly competitive industry.
