Peter Cushing: Behind the Camera celebrates the life and work of one of our finest actors. Known to many as Baron Frankenstein, his career spanned so much more, including Sherlock Holmes, Dr Who and Star Wars.
The documentary mixes extracts from a rare radio interview recorded with Peter in 1986 with new contributions from some of those who knew him and worked with him, to bring a unique insight into his personality, his technique and his most famous roles.
During the film, Peter is joined by actors Christopher Lee, Madeline Smith, Judy Matheson and Derek Fowlds, Hammer Films runners Brian Reynolds and Phil Campbell, journalist Paul Welsh MBE and author Morris Bright MBE.
