What a year for RABBIT & SNAIL, now 2017 looks even more exciting

With Christmas and the New Year holidays fast approaching it is a good time to reflect on the last 12 months for RABBIT & SNAIL and to look ahead to the coming year. It has been quite a time for us during 2016 with a new documentary film in production and a slate for 2017 that has several exciting projects already lined up.

Our documentary STAGE DIRECTION has started production and seen us filming at the iconic Noel Coward Theatre in London’s West End, rummaging through the archives at Delfont Mackintosh and recording interviews with wonderful actors from the National Youth Theatre.

As if that wasn’t enough, we had the absolute honour of meeting and filming with Jenny Quayle, who recorded an interview for the documentary at the same theatre where her father launched his notable Compass Theatre Company in 1984.

COMING UP IN 2017

Looking ahead to next year we will have the launch of STAGE DIRECTION to look forward to. In addition to that we will soon be faced with a very difficult decision. We have three exciting new documentary film projects to choose from, any one of which we could take into production in 2017.

All of the films are based around exclusive interviews and include the legendary Hammer Films actor, Peter Cushing, who was recently recreated in CGI for the latest Star Wars film, Britain’s best loved comedian and TV host, Bob Monkhouse, who gave us an interview backstage before one of his classic live performances and a personal insight into the great comic genius, Peter Sellers, with a special interview recorded with his son, Michael.

Either way, it promises to be an exciting and highly creative year. Bring it on!
