In our latest edition of #FILMTALK we take a close look at the new version of Noel Coward’s classic stage comedy, Blithe Spirit. The story is centred around writer Charles Condomine, played by Dan Stevens, who is struggling with writer’s block.
To get inspiration he arranges for a medium, played by Judi Dench, to perform a seance at him home and she inadvertently brings the spirit of Charles late first wife back from the afterlife.
Directed by Edward Hall, the cast also includes Isla Fisher, Leslie Mann, Emilia Fox and Michele Dotrice.
